BERELIAN EXCHANGE

BERELIAN EXCHANGE has the tidy sound of a trading or brokerage name, the kind that could sit on an exchange desk, a metals business or a financial intermediary. By our assessment, its appeal is that it suggests movement and transaction without cluttering itself with slogans. The weakness is obvious too: exchange names can be broad to the point of opacity, and this one does not say what is actually exchanged or for whom. In practice such a company name tends to work best in formal settings, where a concise label is enough and the details live elsewhere. It sits somewhere between finance and trade, and that middle ground is useful only if the actual business behind it is clear. The name itself keeps its distance.
