ATL RECRUITMENT 12 LTD

ATL RECRUITMENT 12 LTD is a recruitment company, so its job is matching employers with candidates and handling the ordinary churn of hiring. By our assessment, the plainest good thing about it is the immediate clarity of the word RECRUITMENT: there is no mystery about what sector it sits in. The downside is that the name is generic, and the added 12 does not tell a client anything useful about scale, focus, or quality. In practice this kind of business lives in calls, CVs, shortlists, and a lot of sorting through people who may or may not fit a brief. It sits in the broad middle of recruitment agencies rather than at the specialist end, where a sharper niche usually does more of the selling. ATL RECRUITMENT 12 LTD is for employers who want a straightforward staffing contact and for jobseekers who are comfortable dealing with an agency pipeline; it is less appealing if you want a very specific sector expert.
