AL-QA'IDA KURDISH BATTALIONS

AL-QA'IDA KURDISH BATTALIONS is a militant name, not a normal company name, and that alone makes the category clear before anything else. By our assessment, the serious concern is not style but association with organized violence, which is a far different thing from commerce or public service. There is no upside to describe here in ordinary business terms, and there should not be one; this is the sort of label that belongs in security reporting rather than marketplace language. The practical reality is also thin for a review card, because the public texture is defined by the political and armed character of the name rather than by products or customers. It sits outside any normal commercial comparison, and that makes the rating low on principle. Nothing about it suggests a lawful, ordinary organization people would approach as a vendor or service provider.
