ABSOLUTE SALES AND LETTINGS (NE) LIMITED is the kind of estate-agency name that tells you exactly which corner of the market it wants: property sales and rentals in a regional patch, probably the North East. By our assessment, that makes it practical rather than polished, aimed at landlords, buyers, and tenants who want a local intermediary rather than a big national brand. The clear strength of this sort of firm is on-the-ground property handling, with viewings, listings, and tenancy paperwork all under one roof. The trade-off is that regional agencies can feel narrow, and their appeal rarely travels far beyond their patch. In practice, it is a business built on local stock and local knowledge, so the real experience depends on the area more than on the name. It sits between the tiny independent agent and the national chain, which is often exactly where this kind of company lives.
