Pagalpanti

Pagalpanti is an action film in name and filing, but the title already hints at a rowdy, overstuffed style rather than clean realism. By our assessment, that kind of energy can be entertaining when the pacing stays lively and the set pieces keep moving, which is what action comedy-adjacent films often aim for. The downside is obvious enough: once the noise piles up, subtlety disappears and the whole thing can feel overloaded. In practice this sort of movie lives on volume, movement, and timing more than on neat plotting. Against harder-edged action films it looks less sharp and more chaotic, and that is usually the trade it makes. The Astrina catalogue places Pagalpanti in 2019.
