Dragon Fist

Dragon Fist is a straightforward action martial-arts film, the sort that lives or dies on the clarity of its fights. By our assessment, its main attraction is the physical craft: crisp exchanges, direct movement, and the satisfaction of action that knows exactly what it wants to be. The trade-off is that this kind of film can feel spare if someone wants deeper character writing or a broader world around the combat. In practice it is the kind of movie where momentum matters more than explanation, and where pauses are there to set up the next clash. Against more elaborate action pictures, it is lean and old-school. Dragon Fist keeps its focus on the combat itself.
