WeeRPG clearly aims at the stripped-down end of role-playing games, where the point is to get an RPG feel without the usual sprawl. By our assessment, that kind of scale can be a real strength: a compact ruleset is easier to grasp, and the whole thing can move quickly. The downside is just as plain, because small RPGs often leave little room for party depth, long builds, or big story turns. In practice, the appeal is in the lighter touch — less bookkeeping, more immediate decisions. It sits closer to micro-RPGs and minimalist indie experiments than to long-form classics. WeeRPG makes sense when someone wants the shape of an RPG in a smaller package, not when the goal is hours of dense character management.
