Void Prison

Void Prison is built for people who want arcade pressure in short bursts, with enemies, dodging, and constant movement doing most of the work. By our assessment, the best thing about it is the immediate read: it is easy to understand what is happening, and the challenge comes from keeping control when the screen fills up. The downside is that score-chasing games can thin out once the pattern is learned, so repetition is part of the package. In practice it has the feel of a game that wants quick decisions and sharp timing rather than long planning. It sits squarely in the survival-and-score arcade lane, and Void Prison is strongest when someone wants a fast session rather than a long evening.
