VRosty is hard to read from the outside, because the name gives away almost nothing and the game itself is not one of the familiar big releases. By our assessment, that usually means a small or very specific game that lives or dies on a single idea, not on breadth. For a game like this, the real question is whether the core loop feels clean enough to keep repeating; if it does not, there is nowhere else for it to hide. The upside of a compact project is focus, and the downside is that any thin controls or rough presentation show up fast. That makes VRosty the kind of title people try out when they like odd small games and do not need a lot of hand-holding. Everyone else will probably want something with clearer signals and a bigger surface to work with.
