Unstoppable Gorg

Unstoppable Gorg stands out by turning the old tower-defense idea into something about orbital rings and rotating defenses, which is a neat enough twist to carry the whole game. By our assessment, that single mechanic is the best thing about it: placing planets and spinning them changes how you think about lanes, coverage, and timing. The limitation is that once the novelty is understood, the rest depends on how strong the scenarios are, because tower defense always risks settling into routine. In practice it asks for planning ahead and constant repositioning, so the feel is more active than in static grid-based defense games. Compared with more traditional tower defense titles, it is more kinetic and visually odd in a good way; compared with big strategy games, it stays focused and easier to read. Unstoppable Gorg is best for players who want a twist on defense basics and do not mind a style that announces itself loudly from the first screen.
