Unholy Heights has the odd charm of being a monster-management game that plays like a landlord sim for a haunted apartment block. By our assessment, that twist is its real strength: instead of city building or combat alone, it asks the player to manage tenants, rooms, and the flow of enemies at the same time. The downside is that the joke is also the structure, so the game leans hard on its setup and can start to feel narrow once the novelty settles. In practice it has the rhythm of checking who lives where, who can handle a fight, and how the building holds together under pressure. Compared with bigger management games, it is smaller and stranger, but that odd angle is exactly why it stands apart.
