Traffix: Stadtrausch

Traffix: Stadtrausch trades elaborate storytelling for quick traffic-control puzzles: players manage cars at junctions, timing when traffic can move so vehicles do not collide. The basic interaction is easy to grasp, but each intersection asks for attention to several streams of traffic at once. Its clean, stripped-back presentation keeps the focus on signals and timing rather than on a complicated control scheme. That makes it a good fit for short puzzle sessions, while people looking for a deep simulation or a story-led game will find little of that here. By our assessment, the appeal lies in turning a simple stop-and-go decision into a compact test of timing. The pressure rises when multiple lanes need to move through the same junction.
