Toukiden 2

Toukiden 2 is a hunting action game built around fighting large monsters in short, repeatable missions. Its strongest point is the clean loop of gathering, upgrading gear, and taking on bigger threats with weapons and partner support, which gives the whole thing a steady forward pull. By our assessment, it sits in a nice middle ground for people who like monster-hunting games but do not want the exact pace of the better-known giants in the genre. The downside is that the loop can become repetitive if you are not already sold on hunting, crafting, and mission structure. In practice it is a game of reading enemy patterns, closing distance, and rebuilding your kit after each run. Toukiden 2 is less about surprise and more about dependable repetition, and that is exactly why it works. The limit is that it wants players who are comfortable with grinding for equipment and fighting the same kind of battle many times.
