Titan Quest HD is the version people reach for when they want a classic action RPG with mythological monsters, loot, and long stretches of click-through combat. By our assessment, its strongest point is the old-fashioned build of the game: steady character growth, lots of gear, and that familiar loop of clearing enemies and picking up better drops. The trade-off is that it can feel stretched compared with newer action RPGs, especially if someone wants faster systems or sharper modern presentation. In practice, it is a deliberate, methodical kind of hack-and-slash, more about the rhythm of upgrades than about constant surprise.
