Thunder Tier One is a squad-based tactical shooter for people who want short, careful missions rather than a loud power fantasy. By our assessment, its strongest point is the top-down command layer: positioning, room clearing, and keeping a team alive matter more than reflex spray. The limit is that this kind of game lives or dies on coordination and patience, so the pace can feel strict when a plan falls apart. In practice it is about giving orders, checking sight lines, and replaying a mission until the timing clicks. It sits in the same broad space as other tactical shooters, but with a more restrained, mission-focused feel. Thunder Tier One asks for concentration first and momentum second.
