The Inquisitor

The Inquisitor is a choice-heavy adventure for people who like driving a story through judgement calls, interrogation scenes, and a steady sense of moral pressure. By our assessment, its strongest point is the premise: you are not just following events, you are pushing them with decisions that are meant to feel uncomfortable. That gives it a sharper edge than a lot of straightforward action games. The trade-off is that this kind of game lives or dies on writing and pacing, so if the choices feel thin, the whole thing can sag quickly. In practice that usually means reading, talking, weighing responses, and living with the results rather than chasing fast movement. It sits closer to narrative adventure and interactive fiction than to a broad action game, and that is exactly where its appeal is. The Inquisitor suits players who want consequences and atmosphere more than mechanical variety, and the pacing can feel heavy if you mainly want something direct.
