The Entropy Centre

The Entropy Centre is built around turning time itself into the puzzle piece, so the player spends most of the game reversing object states to move cubes, open paths, and solve rooms. Its main strength is that central rewind hook, which gives each chamber a neat logic and keeps the challenge readable. By our assessment, it is a smart puzzle game rather than a sprawling one, and that clarity helps it stand out in a crowded Portal-like space. The trade-off is that the game leans hard on its idea, so if the time-reversal device does not click for someone, the whole thing can feel mechanical. In practice it is a sequence of compact rooms that ask for observation more than reflexes. It sits closest to first-person environmental puzzlers, and the satisfaction comes from seeing a room collapse back into the answer. The ceiling is the puzzle formula itself, which it explores carefully and without much waste.
