The Coma: Recut

The Coma: Recut is a side-scrolling horror adventure for players who like atmosphere, reading notes, and moving through a world that feels half awake. By our assessment, its strongest point is the mood: the hand-drawn scenes, the unsettling sound, and the steady drip of danger do a lot of the work. It is also a short-form story game rather than a deep system, so the trade-off is clear: there is not much room for combat or player freedom. In practice it plays like a guided walk through a nightmare, with simple interaction and a lot of attention on what the place looks and feels like. Compared with bigger horror games, it leans more on tension and presentation than on complexity. The Coma: Recut suits people who want a compact, focused scare and do not mind light mechanics.
