Tactical Vanguard Saga

Tactical Vanguard Saga sounds like it wants to be a strategy game with a military skin, probably built around squads, positioning, and orderly missions. By our assessment, the title promises a lot of tactical seriousness, but the phrase is so generic that it tells you almost nothing about the actual play. That vagueness is the main weakness: without a known series, character, or feature, it could be almost any combat game with a polished label. In practice, names like this often read better on paper than they do in memory. Compared with stronger tactical RPG or strategy titles, it feels like an outline waiting for specifics. Tactical Vanguard Saga is the sort of game name that needs the game to define it, not the other way around.
