Super Blue Fighter

Super Blue Fighter is the kind of fighter title that usually lives on simple controls, fast rounds, and a very direct give-and-take between attacks, blocks, and movement. Its good side is obvious: these games can be easy to pick up and quick to restart, so the action stays immediate. By our assessment, the limit is also plain: unless the roster, balance, or moveset has real depth, the experience can flatten into a small loop. In practice it is the sort of game where timing and reflexes matter more than story or systems, and that makes it easy to understand at a glance. Against bigger fighting games it likely sits on the lighter end, closer to quick arcade brawling than to a deep tournament scene. Super Blue Fighter is for players who want short, direct bouts and nothing fussy, with the match itself doing the whole job.
