Star Control III

Star Control III keeps the shape of a classic space strategy game: star maps, fleet movement, and odd alien encounters, but it is remembered most for living in the shadow of the earlier Star Control games. By our assessment, it is the sort of sequel that leans on the series name while losing some of the snap and personality people wanted from it.
