Stacking

Stacking turns into a quietly clever puzzle about nesting things, and the whole appeal is in how the logic keeps folding back on itself. By our assessment, it is for people who like compact problem-solving more than flash, because the satisfaction comes from reading the rules and seeing how one move affects the next. The downside is also part of the format: once the trick is understood, the game can feel narrow and a bit brisk. In practice that makes it smooth to pick up and easy to read in short bursts, with less noise than most puzzle games. It sits closer to a tidy logic toy than to an action game, and that works in its favor. The best fit is someone who enjoys clean systems and does not need a lot of spectacle; it is smaller in scope than it first appears.
