Speed Kills

Speed Kills points straight at arcade racing or combat racing, the kind of game built around getting around the track fast and keeping the pressure on. By our assessment, the attraction is the blunt one: quick runs, immediate risk, and a rhythm that can feel sharp when the handling or boost system is tuned well. The downside is equally plain, because speed-first games can be shallow once the loop is learned, and any weak sense of weight or track design shows fast. In practice they live on short bursts of concentration, restart energy, and a willingness to chase cleaner lines rather than long story progress. Speed Kills sits closer to old-school arcade thinking than to a broad simulation, so it is more about pace and reflex than depth. It suits people who want a fast, simple loop and not much ceremony around it.
