Space Hulk (Classic)

Space Hulk (Classic) is a tense board game of cramped corridors, tiny squads, and very few safe choices. By our assessment, what it does best is pressure: every turn feels like you are threading warriors through a ship full of blind corners while the other side closes in. The rules are not there for comfort; they are there to make movement, line of sight, and timing matter in a tight space. That gives it a harsh, memorable texture, especially for players who like direct conflict and the feel of a doomed push. Its limit is also clear: if you want a broad, forgiving strategy game, this is too narrow and too punishing to be that. Compared with looser dungeon-crawl or skirmish games, it is more brutal and more focused on that one claustrophobic idea. The appeal lives in that squeeze, and the name is honest about the mood.
