Space Beret

Space Beret feels like a small indie game that leans on movement, timing, and a simple sci-fi idea rather than on spectacle. By our assessment, that kind of setup can be appealing when the controls are crisp and the challenge is built around learning a compact rule set. The downside is that a game with this shape usually lives or dies on how much variety it can squeeze out of a narrow premise, and there is no reason to expect a huge playground here. In practice, Space Beret sounds like the sort of thing where repeated runs, short levels, or careful platforming do most of the work. It sits closer to a modest arcade-style project than to a broad story game, and the name itself suggests a light touch. The ceiling is whatever that simple premise can support.
