Slayaway Camp

Slayaway Camp turns slasher-movie logic into a block puzzle, with every move asking the player to line up kills, traps, and exits on a tiny grid. By our assessment, that blend of gore joke and strict puzzle design is what makes it memorable: the setup is funny, but the real pleasure is in solving a nasty little board cleanly. The downside is that the joke can only stretch so far, and once the puzzle language is learned the tone matters less than the layout. In practice it feels deliberate and tidy, with each level asking for a plan rather than twitch reflexes. It sits close to the better puzzle games that dress their rules in a strong theme instead of relying on spectacle alone. Slayaway Camp is a good pick for players who want logic first and horror-comedy second, because the grid is the thing doing the work.
