Severed Steel

Severed Steel is a first-person shooter for players who want movement to matter as much as aim. By our assessment, it stands out for its fast wall-running, sliding, diving, and the way the game keeps the action moving instead of letting rooms settle into static gunfights. Its honest limit is that this style can feel thin if a person wants a long campaign or a lot of tactical variety. In practice it is all about speed, angle changes, and building momentum from one kill or dodge to the next. Compared with slower shooters, it is far less about cover and far more about keeping momentum alive. Severed Steel works best when the player enjoys learning routes and timing instead of holding position.
