Section 8: Prejudice

Section 8: Prejudice is a squad-based sci-fi shooter that leans on spawning in, taking ground, and working with teammates through a fair amount of chaos. By our assessment, it is most interesting when it asks players to move fast between objectives while still keeping an eye on armor, position, and team pressure. The limit is familiar for this kind of game: once the shooting loop settles in, repetition can take over, and the whole thing depends on having enough people invested in the match. In play it feels like a broad multiplayer battlefield rather than a careful tactical exercise, with loadouts and respawns doing a lot of the work. It sits in the older third-person squad-shooter lane, closer to loud online action than to tight, deliberate combat. Section 8: Prejudice is for people who want large-team skirmishes and do not mind a rougher, more old-school shape.
