STASIS is a point-and-click horror adventure for people who like slow, clue-led games and a grim sci-fi setting. By our assessment, its strength is the dense atmosphere and the way it lets the environment do most of the storytelling through terminals, rooms, and damaged machinery. The trade-off is that it can feel stiff if someone wants fast combat or a lot of freedom, because this kind of game lives on examination, backtracking, and reading. In practice it is about poking into dark corners, piecing together what went wrong, and enduring a lot of tension between puzzles. Compared with action-heavy horror, it asks for patience instead of reflexes, and that is exactly the point.
