Rusty Lake Hotel

Rusty Lake Hotel is one of the studio’s surreal puzzle games, built for players who like odd rooms, hidden clues and a slow drip of unease. By our assessment, it stands out for how tightly it mixes point-and-click puzzles with a strange hotel setting that keeps every interaction feeling a little off. The downside is that its logic can be deliberately opaque, so some progress depends on trial, error and paying close attention to tiny details. In practice it is less about action than about reading a scene, clicking around, and accepting that the game wants patience more than speed. Compared with ordinary escape-room fare, Rusty Lake Hotel is meaner, stranger and more stylized. The Astrina catalogue places it under Games, and that fits: it is a compact puzzle experience, not a broad adventure.
