RollerCoaster Tycoon Classic is still one of the clearest versions of park building: paths, stalls, scenery, coaster layouts, and a budget that can punish sloppy design. By our assessment, its strength is the same old attraction of the series, which is that every little choice in a park feeds into guest flow and money, so the map slowly turns into a busy machine. The trade-off is that classic management games ask for patience and a willingness to babysit queues, trash, and ride balance. In practice it feels hands-on in the best way, with plenty of clicking, tweaking, and watching little problems snowball if ignored. Against modern theme-park games, it carries the older interface and the older rhythm, but that also gives it the series’ original texture. It is a good fit for people who enjoy fixing a park as much as making one.
