Rokka is a compact, quick-reading strategy game for players who like hidden roles, bluffing, and a bit of table talk. By our assessment, its best trait is how sharply it turns a small ruleset into pressure: every answer matters, and silence can matter too. The downside is that this kind of game can feel brittle if one group wants long planning or a lot of system to chew on. In practice it plays fast, with a lot of second-guessing and a narrow margin for mistakes, so it stays lively without dragging. It sits closer to social deduction than to heavy strategy, and it gets more from reading people than from building a board state. Rokka works best when the group enjoys deception and direct confrontation, not when everyone wants a calm euro-style puzzle.
