Rocketbirds 2 Evolution

Rocketbirds 2 Evolution is a side-scrolling action game for players who like shooting, platforming, and a steady stream of absurd bird-war business. By our assessment, its appeal is the mash-up of run-and-gun combat with cartoon stealth and co-op-style energy, which gives it more personality than a plain shooter. The drawback is that this kind of game can live or die on its controls and level rhythm; if either feels loose, the joke wears thin fast. In practice it should be all about moving, aiming, slipping past danger, then opening up again when the screen clears, which is a good fit for short bursts rather than deep theory. The series has long been known for being odd in a way that is easy to recognize, and Rocketbirds 2 Evolution leans into that without trying to pretend it is serious military drama. It is not for players who want realism or elaborate systems, but it should land well with anyone who wants a bright, brisk action game with personality.
