Revelation Online

Revelation Online is an MMORPG for players who want questing, dungeons, character progression, and the usual social machinery of a large online world. By our assessment, its appeal comes from that full bundle of MMO basics rather than from any single exotic idea: mounts, classes, group play, and the long climb of gear and levels are the real draw. The honest limit is that this sort of game asks for time and tolerance for repetition, because the genre lives on routine as much as on spectacle. In practice it is the kind of game where menus, chat, and daily structure matter as much as the fights themselves. It sits in a crowded field beside older fantasy MMOs and modern rivals that all compete on content and community. Revelation Online suits people who want a persistent online world to settle into; it is not the right pick for anyone hoping for a short, self-contained role-playing story.
