Resurgence is a very generic title, and that fits the kind of game it usually signals: a comeback story, a revival theme, or an action game trying to sound bigger than its budget. By our assessment, the problem is not that it cannot work, but that the name itself gives almost nothing to hold onto, so the game has to do all the real talking. That makes it hard to judge without the specific genre in front of it, and the practical experience can swing a lot depending on whether it is a strategy, shooter, or RPG. The obvious downside is this vagueness: it promises energy, but not a clear shape.
