Reigns: Her Majesty

Reigns: Her Majesty takes the card-swiping rule set and turns it into a court game about balancing requests, factions, and survival from one decision to the next. By our assessment, its strength is the clean loop: each choice is quick, readable, and carries an immediate consequence, so it works well on small bursts of attention. The trade-off is that repetition is built into the format, and the game can feel more like managing a narrow balancing act than exploring a wide world. In practice, that means a lot of left-right judgments, quick restarts, and learning by failed reigns. It sits comfortably with the best-known Reigns entries and is more about sharp systems than about narrative complexity. Reigns: Her Majesty is for people who like strategy distilled into a few taps on a screen.
