Redfall

Redfall is a co-op shooter built around hunting vampire-like enemies across an open world, so the main draw is teaming up, moving between objectives, and handling fights that mix guns, powers, and traversal. By our assessment, it has a clear idea and some solid moment-to-moment shooting, but the open map can make it feel thin when the mission structure runs out of variety. In practice that means a lot of back-and-forth, scavenging, and repeating the same kinds of encounters until the world starts to feel familiar rather than full. Compared with tighter co-op shooters, it asks for more patience than quick payoff, and the solo side is not where it really shines. The name carries a strong premise, yet the game seems to rely on that setup more than on deep systems. It is for players who want a shareable vampire hunt rather than a dense, polished campaign.
