Project Lazarus asks for patience more than reflexes, because the name is used by a zombie survival game that leans on base management, scavenging, and the slow pressure of keeping people alive. By our assessment, the appeal is in that survival loop: gathering what you can, deciding what to build, and trying to keep the settlement from collapsing under scarcity. The downside is familiar for this sort of game, since repetition and grind can take over once the basic rhythm is understood. In play, that means a lot of resource counting, cautious expansion, and waiting for the next problem rather than constant action. It sits in the crowded survival-crafting field, where the question is less whether it has a clever premise and more whether its loop keeps paying off. Project Lazarus works best when the management side matters more than spectacle.
