Prison Simulator: Prologue is a slice of management-sim territory that leans on prison routine, not on grand storytelling. By our assessment, it is most interesting when it turns small duties into a messy daily loop: checking, moving, reacting, and keeping order under pressure. The trade-off is that a prologue format usually means a smaller slice of the full idea, so it can feel more like a sample than a complete system. In practice, that makes it useful for seeing whether the basic loop of supervision and control is for you. It sits closer to a preview of a simulation than to a full prison-management game, and that narrower scope is the whole point of the name Prison Simulator: Prologue.
