Premier Manager 02 03

Premier Manager 02/03 is for people who want to micromanage a football club from the boardroom side rather than chase the ball. By our assessment, it does that job well when the appeal is transfers, budgets, squad balance, and the steady squeeze of a league season. The trade-off is that this kind of management game can feel dry if the joy of play comes from action on the pitch, because the real work is in menus, numbers, and patience. In practice it is the sort of game where decisions linger, and a bad wage bill can haunt a save for a long time. Premier Manager 02/03 sits closer to the serious end of football management than to arcade sport, with less flash and more administration. It suits anyone who enjoys making a club fit together piece by piece, and it leaves little room for people who want instant spectacle.
