Predator: Hunting Grounds

Predator: Hunting Grounds works best when a squad is split between panic and discipline, while one player gets the opposite job: stalking, ambushing and punishing anyone who strays. By our assessment, that asymmetry is the whole appeal, because the Predator side has the fantasy and the firepower, while the firefight side has the messy coordination of a team trying not to become easy prey. The downside is the obvious one for this kind of game: if the lobby balance or match rhythm feels off, the tension drops fast and the round can turn lopsided. In practice it is about hearing footsteps, watching movement, and making small decisions under pressure rather than memorizing complicated systems. Compared with the usual shooter loop, it is more about cat-and-mouse than score chasing, and the Predator name carries it better than a generic multiplayer skin would. It is for people who want asymmetrical hunts and tense scrambles, not for anyone expecting a polished lone-wolf campaign.
