Peggle Extreme

Peggle Extreme is a very light arcade puzzler built from pinball bounce, aim, and a lot of luck-friendly spectacle. By our assessment, what it does best is turn each shot into a small burst of timing and color, so even short sessions feel lively. The limit is obvious too: once the trick is understood, the whole thing is about chasing score and clearing boards rather than deep strategy. In practice it is the sort of game that works in quick bursts and does not demand much brain power or commitment. It sits beside Peggle as a stripped-down, promotional spin on that formula rather than a bigger or richer version of it. Peggle Extreme is for people who want a simple arcade diversion, and it stops being interesting when they want more than bouncing balls and score-chasing.
