One More Island

One More Island is built for players who like city builders that begin with almost nothing and grow into careful layouts, resource chains, and expansion across separate plots of land. By our assessment, its strongest hook is the island-by-island structure, which keeps the usual builder loop from turning into a single flat sprawl and makes every new parcel feel like another small planning problem. The trade-off is that this kind of game can get fussy: routes, production balance, and land use all matter, and sloppy placement tends to punish you later. In practice it is a slow, tidy kind of play, more about arranging than rushing, with the pleasure coming from watching a system settle into shape. It sits squarely among colony and economy builders, and One More Island is for people who enjoy planning first and watching the map fill in second.
