Occupy White Walls

Occupy White Walls asks for time, taste, and a willingness to wander through other people’s art choices. By our assessment, that is the point: it is a social gallery game where players build spaces, place artworks, and browse a public museum-like world rather than chase scores or combat. Its strongest trick is the blend of museum layout and user-made curation, which gives it a calmer, stranger feel than most games. The downside is that it depends heavily on your interest in art display and quiet exploration, so it can feel thin if you want goals with pressure. In practice it is slow moving, menu-heavy, and more about arrangement and atmosphere than action. Compared with ordinary building games, it is narrower and more specialized, but also more distinctive. Occupy White Walls is for people who enjoy virtual exhibition spaces and do not mind making their own fun out of placement and browsing.
