ONE PIECE Bounty Rush

ONE PIECE Bounty Rush turns the One Piece license into a fast team brawler, and that is the main reason people look at it at all. By our assessment, its best side is the snap of short matches built around capturing treasure points and piling up pressure with familiar characters. The downside is equally plain: like many live-service mobile games, it depends on repetition and on the pull of the franchise more than on deep mechanical novelty. In practice it feels busy, bright, and competitive, with a lot of movement and a lot of familiar faces doing familiar things in a smaller arena than the anime world suggests. Compared with bigger arena games, it is lighter and more narrowly built around the IP. The Astrina catalogue files ONE PIECE Bounty Rush under Games, and that fits its role as a licensed multiplayer fighter that works best in quick bursts rather than long sessions.
