OCEAN CITY RACING

OCEAN CITY RACING sounds like a straightforward racing game, and that is exactly the lane it occupies. It is for players who want laps, speed, and the simple rhythm of staying on the track rather than learning systems or managing story. By our assessment, that kind of game lives or dies on handling feel, track variety, and whether the presentation gives the races enough bite. The downside is the obvious one for this type: if the driving model is thin or the content pool is small, it can run out of fuel quickly. In practice a racing game is all about repetition done well, with the same circuits becoming better or worse depending on how cleanly the controls answer. Compared with big-name arcade racers, OCEAN CITY RACING sits in the more modest part of the field. OCEAN CITY RACING is for someone wanting a basic racing fix and not much else.
