No Time to Relax is built around the pressure of juggling bills, jobs, health, and sleep in a life-sim that keeps moving whether the player is ready or not. By our assessment, that constant squeeze is the point: it makes ordinary errands and bad planning feel like the whole game. The downside is that the same pressure can make it feel more stressful than playful, especially for anyone who wants open-ended life simulation rather than a race against the clock. In practice it asks for quick decisions, a bit of improvisation, and tolerance for things going sideways. Compared with calmer social or management sims, No Time to Relax is narrower and harsher in tone, and it does exactly what its title says by not letting anyone relax for long.
