Nibiru Voyage

Nibiru Voyage leans on atmosphere first, which is usually what draws people to this kind of adventure game: exploration, puzzles, and a science-fiction setting that does most of the selling. By our assessment, that kind of structure can be pleasant when the world and visual tone carry the experience. Its honest weakness is that adventure games built this way often depend on the clarity of their puzzles, and if that slips, the pace can sag quickly. In play it tends to be a slow walk through scenes, with attention split between items, dialogue, and the next locked path. Compared with bigger genre names, it sounds like a more niche, more exploratory stop than a broad mainstream pick. Nibiru Voyage is the sort of game you reach for if you want patient sci-fi wandering, not if you want action or a heavy systems game.
