Murky Divers

Murky Divers turns underwater scavenging into a tense co-op job, where players descend into dark wrecks and try to bring back salvage before the pressure, the monsters, or the layout go wrong. By our assessment, the good part is the clear horror-comedy tension of diving with a team and trying to keep calm while the ocean keeps the rules. Its downside is also part of the appeal: the whole thing depends on coordination, so confusion or bad communication can make every trip messy. In practice it has the feel of a short descent, a noisy scramble, and then a fast escape back to the sub, which gives each run a sharp shape. Compared with calmer exploration games, Murky Divers is much more about panic management than quiet discovery. It will suit players who like cooperative pressure and jumpy underwater settings, and less so people who want solitude or slow sightseeing.
