Monster Prom 2: Monster Camp takes the dating-sim setup and moves it into a summer-camp comedy, which is a good fit for players who want fast dialogue, messy flirting, and party-game energy. By our assessment, its best side is the variety of monster characters and the constant stream of odd social choices, which makes each run feel more like improvising a ridiculous teen story than solving a system. The downside is that the whole thing depends on taste in writing and humor; if the jokes do not land, there is not much else to lean on. In practice it is all about short scenes, stat choices, and replaying to see different outcomes, so it works best in bursts rather than as a long sit-down. Compared with a straight visual novel, it is more playful and less linear. Monster Prom 2: Monster Camp sits comfortably for people who like party-style dating games and do not mind that the fun is mostly in the banter.
